about me

My passions are teaching, technology and creativity.

Ever since I was a child I liked to build things. Odd inventions, games, robots and of course LEGO.

The older I got, the more technology became a part of my creative process, and as a teenager I discovered the joy of teaching.

As a teen I started to build communities and after-school activites, and my new passion became building communities that centered around building. Building, being creative, and nerding out.

To develop my skills, I decided to study Software Engineering. A mixed experience overall, since the topics were interestings but the style of teaching was archaic and void of any creativity.

After handing in my bachelors thesis, I pivoted to autodidacticism by finding online teaching ressources. They turned out to be way more up-to-date than my University studies, and way more creative in their approach to teaching.

This experience made me want to revolutionise the outdated school system in Denmark, and drag it kicking-and-screaming into the 21st century.

Since then, I have kept on learning new skills, while finding jobs and opportunities to make a living teaching technology and inspiring youths.

I also create and publish a variety of stuff online:

I like to take part in GameJams, where you code a game in 3-7 days.

Creating Creative Communities

Since I was 16 years old, I have been running several weekly after-school programs and activities for young nerds.

Nørdenirvana

One such program was Nørdenirvana (nerd nirvana), which I ran for over 10 years, before passing the reins to some of the older students, who had been there since the very start.

We even received a Handicap Prize from the Municipality, for creating an inclusive social space.

UngHillerød

In collaboration with UngHillerød, I have also run several weekly after-school activities teaching programming, robotics, 3D modeling and printing in their makerspace, that I helped build.

3D Work

I design models for:

Repairs

Board Games

Custom requests

Makerspaces

I like to build, run and teach Makerspaces

I have a firm grasp of everything Makerspace-related, and is fluent in programming, 3D printing, laser-cutting and CNC machines in general.

I also like to automate stuff, and add fun "easter eggs" to the classroom to encourage curiosity and help inspire creativity.

Hobby stuff

I like to build games. Both board games and video games.

Board Games

I remix existing games, like this Wingspan remix that i made a Pokémon version of.

You can grab the files on my ko-fi, and print your own!

I also create my own games from scratch, like this one I am trying to get published:

In this game, you grow weed and bike around town selling it for bitcoin, trying to outsell your competition while avoiding the cops.

Video Games

I also code and publish small games over on ITCH.IO:
